For the first time, the festival's complete audio production was entrusted to WVR Sound & Light. https://wvr-sound-light.nl The company supplied the entire sound system, relying exclusively on K.M.E. loudspeaker systems throughout the event. As a result, the Pop & Colour Festival was delivered entirely with a K.M.E. sound reinforcement system for the very first time. We would like to thank WVR Sound & Light for their trust in K.M.E. and for the excellent collaboration. Together, we were able to provide both the artists and the audience with an outstanding audio experience. The system delivered powerful, transparent sound across the entire venue, ensuring excellent performance both on stage and in front of it. The overwhelmingly positive feedback from the organizers, performers, and festival visitors confirmed the system's exceptional sound quality, reliability, and performance.

Line Source Element QL 906 90° x 6°
The 2-way line source unit QL 906 is equipped with two 1“ drivers coupled to a waveformer and two 8“ neodymium speakers combined with outstanding AQF acoustic filters. This filters, compounds of reticulated aminoplastic foams, dampen standing waves inside the speaker system and cancel parasetical side-lobars within the working direction, creating a wide while smooth horizontal dispersion and a perfect vertical scalability.

High Power Subwoofer QLB 118 X Flying Version
The direct-radiating high-performance subwoofer is equipped with a new developed 18” subwoofer with tetra coil & dual voice coil. The tunnel design of the bass reflex casing has been optimized to minimize air flow noise. These innovations distinctly increase the sound and reproduction quality. Hence the QLB 118 X sound tight and feature a proper impulse response without loosing the deep bass reproduction of a 18“ subwoofer. It is recommended as a universal subwoofer for creating powerful bass arrays in combination with the line array and hybrid elements of the PANO series. Its mechanical construction provides the KME typical stability. Functional details set new standards – perfectly placed handles, stacking elements and the QLB 118X with the integrated Quick Release Hardware system which enables flying and groundstacking in combination with the PANO line array elements.

Portable Subwoofer VBX 18
The VBX 18 is a passive 18" subwoofer with an impressive bass response down to 36 Hz and a rich and very detailed bass response. A novel bass reflex geometry reduces air flow noise to an imperceptible minimum even at high levels. Compact dimensions and user-friendly features such as balanced handles round off the overall picture.
Powersoft Touring Powersoft T602 A (2x 3000 W)
The T Series is a flexible and cost effective amplifier platform loudspeaker processor. The model delivers high peak voltage allowing high SPL with single 8/16 ohm cabinets. The high voltage is also good for sharing power between the channels for applications such as bi-amped loudspeakers or subwoofers with passive tops.
