Upon receipt of your return, a quote will be provided. K.M.E. charges a fee of 60,00 € plus VAT, which of course will be deducted from the repair costs.

Hints

For active loudspeaker systems please send the complete electronic unit to us in case of a definite defect of the electronics.
Please note that the repair of older equipment that is no longer in our program can take 4 to 6 weeks due to procurement times of components which are not in stock.
